Every company has its own particular
culture, strengths, opportunities and challenges, so
the answers to the question ‘how do we progress from
here?’ will be unique too.
The MJC service processes are therefore structured
to enable the Senior Management Team to assess how MJC
can best help them in their particular circumstances.
Management may choose between two levels of service,
either of which can be customised if necessary. Both
levels begin with an analysis of the organisation and
its selling strategies. This analysis is verified by
the Management before the Service proceeds, to ensure
a common understanding of the current position and to
provide an agreed platform.

The MJC Review Service
Answers the question : ‘How is it going?’
The Review service is a health check
on how effective the selling effort is today, and what
options the Management may consider. It may be the springboard
for a complete overhaul, or it may be a regular objective
check that actions taken by Management are having the
desired effect.
The Review Service is conducted by
MJC through a series of interviews with Management and
staff. It does not replicate the role of Sales Management,
rather it digs deep to assess whether the original assumptions
and conditions are still valid and the strategies in
place are still relevant. Most valuable of all, it suggests
actions that Management may consider to bring their
sales strategies back on course to achieve their objectives.
The Review service helps Management
to maintain strategic focus on their selling effort
amid the over-whelming clamour and urgency of the immediate
and day-to-day.
